My children who are never away from me for more than a couple of hours begged, "Please don't pick us up early from the children's program. We don't want to miss a minute!" They enjoyed the program so much, and I appreciate all of the energy and fun that was poured into them in such a loving and Christian environment. They're begging to come back next year.
My husband and I would not be who we are today (as a couple, as parents, or as a homeschool family) if it were not for Teach Them Diligently. The speakers and resources you have made available to us have encouraged and equipped us to do what God had called us to do.
The refreshment to my soul, wisdom and knowledge in my mind and encouragement to my heart was way more than I had anticipated.
My wife has tried to get her homeschooling sister to come every year that TTD has been in Atlanta. She has refused because she said that she already knew the curriculum she was using. We have tried to explain that it is so much more than that. She decided to come at the last minute this year only because we were not sure if TTD would be back in Atlanta in another location or move away from Atlanta. Her and her husband LOVED it! At the end of Saturday, she said “This is more like a Christian Conference. Any Christian could learn so much from this conference. I think everyone should come to this” A-ha the light bulb had come on. TTD is a conference that will strengthen your faith, galvanize your beliefs, enhance your walk with God, and help you to explain it all to children to help establish a Godly heritage in your family. Thank you for all your efforts. Seeds from this conference are being planted all over the country.
Thank you Leslie and crew!! This was my husband’s first one (outside of a quick trip to the vendor hall on a Saturday last year since we’re local). He’s hooked! We are booked for next year too!
While the godly speakers and huge vendor hall will be WONDERFUL, I am most looking forward to the FELLOWSHIP with other home school families. It is a BLESSING to meet up with old friends and make new ones who all desire to train their child in the ways of the Lord.
