INLINE BOOTH – 10’ x 10’ booth with one 8’ high x 10’ wide white/blue back wall drape, two 3’ high blue side rail drapes, one 8’ skirted table (blue), two contour chairs, and one 7” x 44” ID Sign.
CORNER BOOTH – 10’ x 10’ booth with one 8’ high x 10’ wide white/blue back wall drape, two 3’ high blue side rail drapes, one 8’ skirted table (blue), two contour chairs, and one 7” x 44” ID Sign.
ENDCAP BOOTH – 10’ x 20’ booth with one 8’ high x 20’ wide white/blue back wall drape, two 3’ high blue side rail drapes, two 8’ skirted table (blue), four contour chairs, and one 7” x 44” ID Sign.
HALF CURRICULUM BOOTH – 10 booths with up to: ten 8’ skirted table (blue), and twenty contour chairs.
FULL CURRICULUM BOOTH – 20 booths with up to: twenty 8’ skirted table (blue), and forty contour chairs.
Optional booth carpet and padding can be contracted through PeakXpo if desired.
Times subject to change from location to location
Each exhibiting company is required to sign up for a load-in time. A link to sign up for a load-in time will be sent out around 1 month before the event.
Setup in Pigeon Forge:
Wednesday 1:00pm – 7:00pm; Thursday 9 am – 6 pm
Setup in Fort Worth and Branson:
Thursday 9 am – 6 pm
Tear Down: Saturday 6:00 pm – 10 pm
Please Note: Exhibitors are not permitted to tear down their booth or leave the event early without prior written permission from Teach Them Diligently. Any exhibitor who chooses to leave early without such permission will be subject to penalties as outlined in our Terms and Conditions
We aim to offer every exhibiting company at least one speaking session. To be considered, exhibitors must complete and submit the speaker application by December 1st.
Please note: Submitting an application before the deadline is required for consideration, but does not guarantee a speaking slot, as sessions are subject to schedule availability. Applications submitted after December 1st will not be considered.
Two (2) exhibitor badges will be provided per booth. (Example: 3 booths purchased – 6 badges will be provided.) Additional badges may be purchased here.
