Teach Them Diligently has several different events, products, and resources that we offer to help families. The refund policies differ according to the category of the courses, events, memberships, products, services, etc.
Live Events- Teach Them Diligently will not provide refunds for any reason for live events. This includes advertising, exhibitor fees, family registrations (or any registration associated with families or individuals), children’s programs, sponsorships, etc. This refund policy for live events applies regardless of circumstance. This includes in-person tickets to any events that are video streamed on the internet. Additionally, any decision to refund tickets for live in-person events for special circumstances does not make the general policy null and void. Teach Them Diligently does have the option at their own discretion to transfer monies associated with live in-person events to other events in different locations. Teach Them Diligently will only refund family, individual, or single day registrations, including add-on programs and any subsequent livestream tickets IF Teach Them Diligently needs to cancel an event due to COVID-19. Teach Them Diligently has committed to not running events subject to vaccine passports or vaccine mandates for the COVID-19 vaccine. If the COVID-19 vaccine is required for an event to move forward, Teach Them Diligently will cancel the event and refund registrations purchased by families. In this same scenario, advertisers, exhibitors, and sponsors will be offered credits in other TTD inventory.
Virtual Events- There is a satisfaction guarantee on all virtual events for at least 7 days after purchasing a ticket for virtual event and replays. This includes digital video stream of live in-person events.
Books, Curriculum, and Journals- Full refund is offered within 21 days of date that product was delivered for any circumstance. However, books and curriculum most be returned in new condition and able to be sold as a new book. Teach Them Diligently will honor this return policy as long as the book or curriculum was shipped back within the 21 day window. We are not able to cover return shipping. Digital or Online Courses- There is a satisfaction guarantee on all digital courses, not including school curriculum, for at least 30 days. Please contact our office to receive a full refund.
Apparel- We guarantee apparel for any manufacturer defects for any reason. We will also take returns for un-worn and new apparel 30 days after purchase. We are sorry but we can not cover return shipping. Address for return shipping is: 2435 East North St., Ste. 1108, Box 363, Greenville, SC., 29615
Memberships- Any membership fees are refundable up to 30 days old. We will not go back further than 30 days to refund any membership fees for cancellations or technology problems. However, a membership can be cancelled at any time for any reason with no questions asked. Annual and quarterly membership fees are pro-rated according to the time table of when a cancellation was received and when the membership fee was paid.
