General Exhibitor Questions & Answers

  • How can I register to exhibit?

Click here to view our become an exhibitor page and learn more about each site. Once you enter your email address to set up an account, you’ll be able to pick your sites and booths, add elements, etc. We look forward to seeing you there!

  • What is included in my booth?

    10’ x 10’ Booths – One 8’ high x 10’ wide blue/ white/white/blue back wall drape, two 3’ high blue side rail drapes, one 8’ skirted table (blue), 2 contour chairs, and one 7” x 44” ID Sign.

    20’ x 20’ ISLAND Booths – No draping, divider rails, or ID Sign. Optional booth carpet and padding can be contracted through ExpoPlus if desired.

  • How do I request Internet, electricity, furniture, etc.?

    A secure wireless internet connection for running credit card transactions is available for $50 and is an add-on to your exhibitor registration or available on site from Teach Them Diligently.

    Electricity is purchased directly from the venue. The information is in the decorator’s Exhibitor Kit for the specific site you are exhibiting at.

    Furniture is requested via the decorator. More information is in the site-specific Exhibitor Kit.

  • What are the Exhibit Hall hours? (and setup times)

    Setup/Tear Down Hours

    Setup: Thursday 10 am – 6 pm
    Tear Down: Saturday 6:00 pm – 10 pm

    Exhibit Hall Hours

    Thursday 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm
    Friday 10:00 am – 7:30 pm (Exhibitors may enter the hall 45 minutes prior)
    Saturday 10:00 am – 6:00 pm (Exhibitors may enter the hall 45 minutes prior)

    Leaving the exhibit hall early and not serving customers within the designated exhibit hall hours without prior approval will put in jeopardy your future participation in Teach Them Diligently events. We are flexible on breaking down early as long as you can still serve customers shopping the exhibit hall.

  • How many badges will I receive?

    Two (2) exhibitor badges will be provided per booth. (Example: 3 booths purchased – 6 badges will be provided.) Additional badges may be added to your exhibitor registration.

  • What advertising opportunities do I have?

    Interested in sponsorship or other advertising opportunities? Download our media kit.
