  • How can I register to exhibit?

  • What is included in my booth?

    INLINE BOOTH – 10’ x 10’ booth with one 8’ high x 10’ wide white/blue back wall drape, two 3’ high blue side rail drapes, one 8’ skirted table (blue), two contour chairs, and one 7” x 44” ID Sign.

    CORNER BOOTH – 10’ x 10’ booth with one 8’ high x 10’ wide white/blue back wall drape, two 3’ high blue side rail drapes, one 8’ skirted table (blue), two contour chairs, and one 7” x 44” ID Sign.

    ENDCAP BOOTH –  10’ x 20’ booth with one 8’ high x 20’ wide white/blue back wall drape, two 3’ high blue side rail drapes, two 8’ skirted table (blue), four contour chairs, and one 7” x 44” ID Sign.

    HALF CURRICULUM BOOTH – 10 booths with up to: ten 8’ skirted table (blue), and twenty contour chairs.

    FULL CURRICULUM BOOTH – 20 booths with up to: twenty 8’ skirted table (blue), and forty contour chairs.

    Optional booth carpet and padding can be contracted through PeakXpo if desired.

  • How do I request Internet, electricity, furniture, etc.?

    Open wifi is complimentary in Pigeon Forge but we offer a secure wifi connection for $50. 

    Wifi is available for $50 per device in Branson MO.

    You can purchase wifi for either event here. 

    Electricity is purchased directly from the venue. 

    Furniture is requested via the decorator. You will receive an email from our decorator a few months before the event with all the information you need to purchase furniture. 

  • What are the Exhibit Hall hours? (and setup times)

    Times subject to change from location to location.

    Check In and Setup/Tear Down Hours

    Setup: Wednesday 1:00pm – 7:00pm Thursday 9 am – 6 pm

    Tear Down: Saturday 6:00 pm – 10 pm

    Exhibit Hall Hours

    Thursday 4:30 pm – 9:00 pm
    Friday 10:00 am – 7:00 pm (Exhibitors may enter the hall 45 minutes prior)
    Saturday 10:30 am – 6:00 pm (Exhibitors may enter the hall 45 minutes prior)

    Leaving the exhibit hall early and not serving customers within the designated exhibit hall hours without prior approval will put in jeopardy your future participation in Teach Them Diligently events. 

  • How many badges will I receive?

    Two (2) exhibitor badges will be provided per booth. (Example: 3 booths purchased – 6 badges will be provided.) Additional badges may be purchased here.

  • What advertising opportunities do I have?

    Interested in sponsorship or other advertising opportunities? 

    Sponsorships (mini conference, attendee/speaker/exhibitor badges, etc.)

    Online/email marketing

  • Can I or my family participate in children/teen programs, men’s breakfast, etc.?

    If you are interested in registering for the Children’s Program, Teen Program, or Men’s Breakfast, etc. please email [email protected] for instructions to register for these events.

Teach Them Diligently does not offer refunds but if a situation arises where you are no longer able to exhibit at a TTD Convention, we are happy to move your booth purchase to the following year if space allows.  Please contact [email protected] as soon as possible to make the adjustment.
