Counseling and Consultation Services, Inc. is a non-profit agency licensed by the Tennessee Department of Children’s Services to provide foster care services. We are currently serving the Northeast, Smoky, Knox, East, Upper Cumberland, Davidson, and Mid-Cumberland Regions. CCS Foster Care provides traditional contract foster care to youths in DCS custody from 0 to 17 years of age, and extension of foster care services to young adults 18 to 21. CCS also provides therapeutic foster care services to youths who are deemed eligible for therapeutic services in DCS custody. Additionally, CCS Foster Care partners with SteppenStone Youth Treatment Services to provide specialized therapeutic foster care. All youths in the CCS Foster Care program work with well trained professionals, have access to clinical staff, and in-home services. Families who foster for CCS will be provided with 24-hour support, excellent training on foster parents’ schedule, and generous board rates.
