For the last 10 years, we’ve served homeschoolers across the country and around the world
We provide confidence to homeschool families. Not just in terms of educating their children but also in parenting and discipling their children.
The local church or venue provides sound and microphones for our event. We typically will pay something to hire staff from the venue.
Typically we expect 3 rooms with wireless lapels and the ability to audio record sessions in all 3 rooms. Plus we typically video livestream the session from the largest room. This means we need one camera in the large room.
We usually have space for at least 2 local speakers so there is definite potential.
We like to have every attendee at the event in the same room together twice during the day, other than that, we like to have rooms that will hold people in the following ratio: 300 | 700 with 2 breakout rooms at 100 each.
We are willing to help with cleaning services or additional cleaning fees to have the venue ready for the next day’s services.
