The Titus 2 Woman – Is She Relevant for Today?

In the book of Titus, Paul instructs Titus about what to teach the older men of the church. He tells us that the older men are to then teach the younger men and the older women of the church. Based on what they learned from the older men, the older women are then commanded to teach the younger women to love their husbands, love their children, and take care of their homes. Is that even relevant in our society today? Please join us as we discover the timeless truths from God’s Word about our biblical role as women. Learn how to practically apply these truths in your own life and in the lives of the young women you disciple, and begin restoring biblical balance and unity in the home.

Learn how to practically apply these truths in your own life and in the lives of the young women you disciple, and help begin restoring the life-changing principles of biblical womanhood.

Responding Biblically to Marital Conflict

Marital conflict began with Adam and Eve in the Garden. Neither of them was willing to take responsibility for their own personal sin and instead blamed someone else for it. Not surprisingly, we still do the same thing today. We blame our spouse, our children, our parents, our past, our circumstances and the list goes on and on. Some of us even blame God. The truth is that conflict in our marriages is always rooted in a spiritual problem. In this workshop, you will discover the role differences between men and women in a biblical marriage as well as how to respond biblically to marital conflict.

Responding Biblically to Fear, Worry and Anxiety

Most of us know that worry is wrong, so we disguise it with different terms like, “concerned,” “troubled,” or “bothered.” Regardless of the term used, worry saps our energy, drains our joy, destroys evangelism, and even aggravates many physical ailments. The Bible is clear that worry is sinful, idolatrous, and a sign of unbelief, and that fear is wrong when it is allowed to motivate thinking and behavior that is unbiblical. In this workshop, you will discover the biblical solutions to overcoming fear and worry and also how to apply these same truth in the lives of those you disciple.

Responding Biblically to Guilt and Shame

The feelings of guilt and shame should direct us to God, but often times, they are left unresolved and spiral into other sins like fear, worry, anxiety, depression, or anger. Unfortunately, many Christians do not respond biblically to guilt and shame and end up repeating the same sinful habits over and over. In this workshop, you will learn how to respond biblically to and be free from guilt and shame. You will also learn how to practically apply these same biblical truths in the lives of those you disciple.
