Theology of Technology Every Parent Needs to Know
We live in a culture driven by technology. It touches everything and everyone around us. It plays a critical role in our daily productivity. In short, technology can either make or break the individual. The purpose of this session to inspire parents how to teach their children in the proper use of technology for God's glory. You'll be equipped to discuss with your family what technology is, what the Bible says about it, and more.
STEM/STEAM Education For Your Kids
In this engaging session, I'll draw on my experience teaching for 30 years and directing Camp Infinity, a creation STEM camp, to help parents discover what all the fuss about STEM/STEAM is and why it's important to expose our kids to it. You'll learn how STEM/STEAM encourages teamwork, problem solving, and communication and why that's especially important in today's job market. And I'll give parents some practical resources they can use with their kids, to not just teach STEM/STEAM, but to do so from a Biblical worldview.
