But God loved us so much that He sent us His only son in order to pay the debt that we couldn’t. Jesus came to earth, lived a perfect, wholly-righteous life, and died on a cross in order to cover the costs of our sin (John 3:16). Then He rose again three days later to prove that He had power over death and hell.
To be saved, you must believe and confess Jesus as your Lord (Romans 10:9). Admit that you are inadequet and that you recognize Him as the only way of salvation. Surrender your heart and the rest of your life to His perfect will.
Jesus calls this moment the "new birth." He told Nicodemus that “except a man be born again, he cannot see the Kingdom of God” (John 3:3).
