I Timothy 4:12 tells us to "let no one despise you for your youth, but set the believers an example in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, in purity."
The Rogers Four-12 program will seek to equip and train your teens to become wholly- devoted, servant-hearted biblical leaders seeking to please Christ in all they do. Four-12 will feature in-depth teaching sessions about how to grow into Christ-likeness and how they can influence the world in which they live for Christ.
Culture tells us that our identity comes out of what we do, however, the Bible teaches us about who we really are! It’s time to push back against our culture. In an atmosphere of challenging fun, come and expand your knowledge about the bible, history, science, and a Christian worldview. We can’t wait to see you at the Teen program!
We are seeking a select group of servant-hearted teens who would like to work in the children’s program during the convention. In addition to being able to serve, the teens who volunteer will also be able to enjoy the teen program on Thursday night and receive all the goodies that come with the teen program.
Please visit the volunteer page to sign up and indicate you would like to serve in the Children’s Program.

As a homeschooler Ryan’s parents always taught him that missions was a core part of their curriculum. One day when he got an invitation to go on a summer long mission trip he couldn’t resist. Consequently, at age 15, Ryan experienced a call to missions and went on two international mission trips with Teen Missions Int’ernational. From these experiences he knew full-time involvement in missions was in his future and set about following this God-given desire.
In college Ryan met the love of his life, Erin, and together they new God was leading them to be missionaries. After 10 years of marriage, and developing a deep love for teens, they walked away from a six-figure income to join staff with Teen Missions International. Ryan speaks throughout the nation advocating for teens to be on mission for Christ. As mission mobilizers Ryan and Erin together have traveled to over 24 countries, leading hundreds of teens on mission trips all over the world with Teen Missions where they are “training tomorrow’s missionary today.”
For the last 7 years Ryan has coordinated the Student ConneXion Mission Conference where they have a vision for launching students into a lifetime involvement in missions and ministry. They are very excited to be coordinating the Teen Program for Teach Them Diligently and can’t wait to see all that God is doing in the lives of teens today. Currently, Ryan and Erin live with their three children, Micah, Abigail, and Ezekiel, in Portland, OR, where they love Jesus and serve others.
