At Noble U, we believe teens deserve an education that goes beyond rote memorization. One that teaches them to analyze information, question assumptions, and form their own thoughtful opinions… all through the lens of a solid biblical worldview:

* Subjects that provide cultural engagement.
* Captivating and engaging teaching style.
* Incorporating current events to create relevance.
* Lively discussions where all perspectives are welcomed and discussed.
* Building critical thinking skills.
* Developing a functional biblical worldview.
* Cultivating a Gospel Heart.

With six unique subjects to choose from, our goal is not merely education…but TRANSFORMATION.

Steve Noble (Founder) has taught 2400+ high school homeschoolers since 2012 and also spent 16 years doing his live Christian talk radio program, The Steve Noble Show. Forrest Hobbs recently joined Noble U to teach Economics + Personal Finance. He recently retired after a 34-year career as a Delta Airlines pilot and is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy. Forrest was very involved in the homeschool community with his own two children and spent several years representing Math U See at homeschool conventions.

Our classes are designed for students in grades 8-12. We offer our classes in-person in the Raleigh/Cary NC area as well as online. Our online classes are asynchronous (watch at your convenience) and we record new classes every week (our actual in-person classes) because we always incorporate the news of the day to provide current context and relevance. Our online students are also invited to a monthly “Zoom Office Hours” which is a 2-hour discussion of any classroom subjects students want to discuss, along with current events, theology, and cultural developments. These have provided an incredible platform for really productive discussions!

Two semester classes: Civics, U.S. History, World History
One semester classes: Christian Ethics, World Religions & Apologetics, Economics

We provide all of the assignment materials (tests, activities, etc) as well as grading and record keeping. Noble U families must purchase the textbooks on their own—most are from BJU Press.
