If chosen to speak, the speaker's sessions will be recorded and sold to attendees onsite and online. Additionally, copyright for onsite recorded sessions belong individually to organizer and speaker and can be used for promotional purposes by either without approval. Teach Them Diligently and speaker agree that they will not seek to use session recordings to each other’s detriment. In keeping with this point, wherever possible Speaker will refer to the session as “Recorded at Teach Them Diligently Convention” when promoting any part of recorded session. Speaker is entitled to a copy of recorded session at their request at no charge, but speaker will not harm the ability of the conference to benefit financially. An example of financial harm would be speaker giving recordings away for free on their website the day after the event. Any departure from these points will need to be approved. Additionally, event organizer is very willing to discuss and adjust any points regarding our recording policy. By agreeing to these above points, speaker is not ceding any rights they have to recorded content at event, but neither is the conference. Virtual events and livestreams are also included in this clause
