Christian Theater Program (Ages 10-14)

Arts Alive! Christian Theater Program

Arts Alive! is a non-profit, Christian arts organization that utilizes the arts to further the Kingdom of Christ.  Through engaging theater programs and performances, they train youth to be leaders and communicators for the glory of God.

Arts Alive! youth theater programs are specifically designed to equip and encourage children to be the Christian leaders of tomorrow, boldly standing for truth and communicating the Gospel to the world.

Rehearsal, devotions, games, and small group experiences work together to increase children’s confidence in their giftings.

Participants in the Christian Theatre Program at Teach Them Diligently will also produce and perform a 30 minute show for parents and other attending families on the last afternoon of the conference.

Program Frequently Asked Questions

Teach Them Diligently’s Children’s Program, simply put, is a week of VBS crammed into 2 days. Your children will be in a safe and loving environment with Christian adults and college students watching after them. They will play games, sing songs, have bible lessons, and have bible discussions in their small groups. Your children will make new friends, and re-connect with old friends during this 2 day program. You don’t want them to miss this fun experience!

They will do various things throughout the two days.

They will:

  • Play Games
  • Sing Songs
  • Memorize Verses
  • Learn about God
  • Meet New Friends
  • and Have Fun!

Occasionally, we show an Adventures in Odyssey or Ranger Mike short movie. If you would like your child to sit out during the movie, please let the Children’s Program Help Desk know at check-in.

Due to allergy concerns, we are not able to give your child snacks or drinks. We do give them water breaks often so they can keep hydrated during the event! If your child will need a snack or beverage, that isn’t water, during the event, we ask that you come check your child out/in to give them a snack.

The program is $65 per child. This covers both days of the program.

The program runs roughly from 9am-6pm Friday and Saturday with a break for lunch where you will check your child out/in during that break.

This program is for 4-10 year olds and all children must be potty trained. We have a Christian Theater Program for kids aged 10-12 and a Teen Program for 12-18 year olds.

Our volunteers this year will be Christian college students and Christian young adults. We run a background check on every volunteer and have other safety measures in place.

There is not a program for the kids on Thursday. They are welcomed to join you for sessions that day!

Yes, you or your spouse will need to bring your child each morning, get them for lunch, bring them back after lunch, and get them at the end of the program each night.
