About Kendu Kids

Davy Liu saw this concerning trend firsthand in the entertainment industry during his time as a Disney animator. After working on projects like The Lion King, Beauty and the Beast, and Aladdin, Davy decided to use his extraordinary talents to inspire kids with Hollywood-quality stories that share positive, empowering messages and wholesome values that spark joy and build confidence. That’s how Kendu Kids was born.

Kendu Kids seeks to foster and facilitate traditional, virtuous and moral values among young children through art. From the creation, licensing, distribution and streaming of original feature length animated films to books and children’s art workshops, Kendu Kids looks to reinvigorate once established moral and cultural standards as championed in the Bible and as traditionally promoted by generations of traditional civilization.

FAQs

Teach Them Diligently’s Children’s Program, simply put, is a week of VBS crammed into 2 days. Your children will be in a safe and loving environment with Christian adults and college students watching after them. They will play games, sing songs, have Bible lessons, and have Bible discussions in their small groups. Your children will make new friends and re-connect with old friends during this 2 day program. You don’t want them to miss this fun experience!

There will be an assortment of activities spanning over the course of this two-day program.

Your children will:

  • Play Games
  • Sing Songs
  • Memorize Verses
  • Learn about God
  • Meet New Friends
  • Have Fun!

Occasionally, we show an Adventures in Odyssey or Ranger Mike short movie. If you would like your child to sit out during the movie, please let the Children’s Program Help Desk know at check-in.

Due to allergy concerns, we are not able to give your child snacks or drinks. We do give them water breaks often so they can keep hydrated! During the event, for snacks or beverages besides water, we ask that you come check your child out/in to provide that for them.

This program is for ages 4-10 and all children must be potty trained.

Yes! Your child can be 3 (almost 4) and join the program as long as they are potty trained!

The program is $75 per child. This covers both days of the program.

The program runs from (roughly) 9:00am-6:00pm Friday and Saturday with a break for lunch where you will check your child out/in during that break. The program end time may vary depending on the final schedule for the event sessions.

We understand and believe that providing a safe environment for your children is a priority, which is why our volunteer team consists of Christian college students and Christian young adults. We run a background check on every volunteer and have additional safety measures in place.

There is not a program for the kids on Thursday. They are welcome to join you for sessions that day!

Yes, you or your spouse will need to bring your child each morning, get them for lunch, bring them back after lunch, and pick them up at the end of the program.
