Exhibit Hall Hours:

Thursday: 7:00pm – 9:00pm

Friday: 10:30am – 7:00pm

Saturday: 10:30am – 6:00pm

Exhibitors may enter the hall 45 minutes prior on Friday and Saturday.

Penalties for Early Departure:

Exhibitors must keep their booths open and staffed for the entire duration of the event’s exhibit hall hours. This is crucial for maintaining a professional atmosphere and ensuring a quality experience for all attendees. 

If an exhibitor begins to pack up their booth or leaves the exhibit hall before the official closing time on the final day of the event, they may face a penalty. This penalty may include a fine of up to $500, and early departure may also affect the exhibitor’s eligibility to participate in future Teach Them Diligently events.

Food

The Convention Center does not allow outside food to be brought in. There are concession stands throughout the facility with a variety of food options. 

TTD Bucks 

Attendees may pay you with TTD BUCKS. Please accept this as cash. You can take it to the Teach Them Diligently Registration Desk at any time to exchange for legal tender. More details are on the TTD BUCKS certificate. 

Distribution of Fliers 

Exhibitors may only distribute fliers, brochures, business cards, catalogs, etc. from within the boundaries of their booth space. It is prohibited for exhibitors to have a representative walking around distributing printed materials or advertising their business to convention attendees. No printed materials or stickers from exhibitors may be placed in any public area (including walls, restrooms, tables, etc.). Anyone that is caught distributing material away from an exhibit booth or without the purchase of an exhibitor booth risks being asked to leave.  

Identification

Please wear your exhibitor or speaker badge at all times. If lost, see a Teach Them Diligently staff member. Exhibitor reps that do not have badges risk being asked to leave.
