    Advertising

    Teach Them Diligently has many sponsorship and other creative advertising options. All attendees receive a convention program and a tote bag filled with advertising items. This is a great way to promote your business, product, service or organization. Advertising is available for exhibitors and those unable to exhibit with us. Several advertising options can be ordered and paid for with your booth registration. We do not offer printing or design services.

    Convention Program

    The 2014 program will be between 48 and 64 pages. It includes information regarding exhibitors, speakers, speaking sessions, and tracks. We will distribute between 8,000 to 10,000 programs at each location. Pricing is per site.

    Bag Stuffers

    The bags for Teach Them Diligently Convention have become synonymous with the quality and joy that our attendees have come to expect from our events. These bags are long lasting and re-used over and over throughout the year as our families go about teaching their children at home. In most cases, once our mothers and fathers get home they excitedly search through the bags for the treasures they picked up from the exhibitors. It is important that your material is among the treasures that they find.

    1 Site ($250), 2 Sites ($500), 3 Sites ($600), 4 Sites ($800)

    Cost includes every bag at a particular site. Catalogues most be no larger than 8 ½” x 11” and less than 68pp. All advertisements must be flat. Approximate quantity needed for each site is 2000.

    Bag Sponsorship

    The Teach Them Diligently distributes approximately 2,000 long lasting, reusable fabric tote bags at each location. Your logo will be imprinted on one side with the Teach Them Diligently logo on the reverse side. A sponsorship is for an entire site. Partial site sponsorship is not available. Logo is approximately 8.5” x 11”, but depends on the bag selected for 2014. Bag sponsorship is $3.75 per bag, per site.

    Internet Banners

    Banners will be 160x600 pixels, run of site and rotate on pages each time a page is refreshed. Cost will be $300 per month and available on a first come first serve basis. There are a limited number of locations available.

    Mobile Website and App

    The mobile website & mobile app will have convention information, schedules, speaker bios and opportunities for sponsorship. Exclusive sponsorship of the mobile app is available for $15,000 for 12-months. Sponsor will be presenter of mobile app and the only advertising within the App and Mobile Website.

    Agreement

    Exhibitors selling curriculum which touches on the beginnings of the earth or origins of man and the Universe must sign that they are in agreement with the first statement. Companies selling Bible curriculums must sign the second statement. Companies whose products do not touch on these two areas are not required to sign an agreement of these two truths (i.e. music, chess, math, tutoring, unit studies, literature, etc.). Furthermore, companies selling books with Bible content that do not discuss Beginnings or the trustworthiness of Scripture (such as children’s books recounting Bible stories but are not curriculum) do not have to sign an agreement of these two statements. However, we do ask that you do not bring any material contradicting these two statements. Although we are in full agreement that parents should educate their children on the existence of other theories concerning the Beginnings and the inerrancy of Scripture. We believe these other theories should not be given equal footing with a young earth creation worldview or conservative interpretation of Scripture.

    1. Scripture teaches a recent origin for man and the whole creation, spanning approximately 4,000 years from creation to Christ, and the days in Genesis do not correspond to geologic ages, but are six [6] consecutive twenty-four [24] hour days of creation.
    2. The Bible is the plenary, verbally inspired Word of God. It is our final authority for faith and practice and is without error.
    3. Any speakers who contradict these two truths during their speaking session will be immediately asked to leave.
